Before you buy

Ask us anything about the box, the battery, or the shipping. If we do not know the answer, we will tell you that rather than guess.

After you buy

Send your order number and a sentence about what is wrong. A photo or a ten second video helps us fix it faster. Most problems turn out to be charging time or preheat time, and we solve them in that first reply.

Where we are

Hearth & Haul is run from France. The warehouse is in the United States, which is why your parcel is domestic and arrives in two to four business days with nothing to pay on arrival.

Email is the only channel we run. There is no phone line, because a written thread means nobody has to repeat themselves and we can look at your photos.
