Materials
The dish is stainless steel. The lid is a smoke-gray plastic with a seal around its edge and a small orange valve in the center: pull the valve to release the seal before you lift the lid.
Care
The dish goes in the dishwasher. Rinse the lid and its seal by hand and let them dry open.
