Materials

The dish is stainless steel: your food touches steel, never a coating. The lid is a smoke-grey plastic with a seal around its edge and a small orange valve in the centre; pull it to release the seal before lifting the lid.

Care & cleaning

The dish goes in the dishwasher. Rinse the lid and its seal by hand and let them dry open.
