Shipping policy

Ships from inside the United States

Your kit leaves our warehouse within one business day, and arrives two to four business days later. It is a domestic parcel. No customs, no import duty, no border delay, nothing for you to pay on arrival.

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Where we ship

The fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to PO boxes because the carrier will not carry a lithium battery to one.

Alaska and Hawaii add three to five days.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned. If it has been more than two business days since your order and you have nothing, write to hello@hearthandhaul.com.

If we are late

We tell you before the date we promised, not after. You will get an email with a new date and a one-click option to cancel for a full refund. That is your right under federal law, and we would rather apply it than be asked.
