No. It heats on its own battery. The adapter and USB-C cable in the box are for charging. Use only those.
How long do the programs run?
The manual’s programs run 40 minutes (delayed start or room temperature) or 60 minutes (from the fridge). Set the delay right and the program ends just before your break. The planner below does the math.
How many meals per charge?
Charge it every night, like a work battery. How far one charge goes depends on how much food you pack and which program you run: a full tray on the 60‑minute program uses the most.
